Tetra - (Tetra TV, Tetra Channel) - launched in 1989 entartainment channel by Yellow Slab Productions.
History[]
Launched in 1989 channel was existing for polish people living in other countries.
After the communists end their rule in same year, Tetra was coming to the nearest countries of Poland, Czechoslovakia and Germany. Great change came when in 1990 Tetra starts it worldwide launch.
In 1991 Tetra starts airing more movies and series. Kids programme block also launched.
By 1998 channel was available in Europe, Americas, Asia and Australia.
Year 1999 was great year of Tetra. Sister channels like Tetra News,Tetra Young and Tetra Kids were launched. Also an "west invasion" occurs, in which many many famous series and movies came to Tetra.
In 2009 Tetra News was closed, because of news studio fire. And logo design changes as in the day of 20th Anniversary of Launch.
