Join Splash, Bubbles, and their friends as they discover a world full of extinct sea creatures and have adventures in the new world.

- Back in Time: The Reeftown Rangers discover a hidden cave that transports them back in time to a world of extinct sea creatures. While there, they make friends with Lola Liopleurodon and help her find her missing rock collection.
- Zee and the Meg: Zee comes along with the Reeftown Rangers to the Prehistoric Sea. However, they run into a massive shark that Zee is terrified of. After making friends with Maggie Megalodon, Zee calms down and faces her fear.
- Crocodiles and Treasure: Sandy Sarcosuchus takes the Reeftown Rangers on a treasure hunt. However, her rival David Deinosuchus wants the treasure all for himself.
- Lost Mosasaurus: Millie Mosasaurus has gotten separated from her family. It's up to the Reeftown Rangers to reunite her with her family.
- Fitting In: The Reeftown Rangers meet Hilda Helicoprion, whose odd appearance has resulted in making friends to be rather difficult. The Reeftown Rangers attempt to help her fit in.
- Odd Shape: The Reeftown Rangers pursue a strange shape they find swimming through the water. When they catch up, they learn about Stan Stethacanthus.
- Prehistoric Games: The Reeftown Rangers play some of their games with Carla Cretoxyrhina. However, Carla ends up having a difficult time learning them.
- Race of Ancient Times: The Reeftown Rangers challenge their prehistoric friends to a race with both old and new faces. However, not every racer plans to play fair.
- Scout and Snap's Prehistory Adventure: After accidentally stumbling upon the Prehistoric Sea, Scout and Snap must be rescued before something happens to them. The Reeftown Rangers and Mayor Sting set out on a rescue mission with the help of Shauna Shonisaurus.
- Prehistoric Clubhouse: After the Reeftown Rangers tell their prehistoric friends about their clubhouse, they want a clubhouse of their own. However, finding the perfect place becomes difficult.
- Prehistoric Traffic: Traffic in the Prehistoric Sea is getting out of control. The Reeftown Rangers bring Wave to try and sort things out, but this causes problems in Reeftown.
- Ancient Mystery: Dana Dunkleosteus has an unsolved mystery floating around her. The Reeftown Rangers attempt to answer the mystery for themselves.
- Scoot Meets Alan: The Reeftown Rangers bring their friend Scoot to the Prehistoric Sea where they meet Alan Archelon. However, the Reeftown Rangers begin to worry that Scoot will no longer want to stay in Reeftown.
- Prehistoric Conflict: Another Prehistoric Clubhouse has been created right next to the other one, but neither wants to get along with the other. The Reeftown Rangers and Gush need to settle this conflict.
- Dentist of the Past: When issues with teeth arise at the Prehistoric Sea, the Reeftown Rangers call in Denny. However, most of the prehistoric creatures are hesitant about having their teeth cleaned. The Reeftown Rangers teach their prehistoric friends the benefits of healthy teeth.
- Prehistoric Storm: With a storm on its way to the Prehistoric Sea, most of its residents don't know what to do. The Reeftown Rangers and Flo make it their mission to get everyone to safety.
- A Titano Problem: Tina Titanoboa visits the Prehistoric Sea from the surface world. However, she ends up accidentally causing problems to all of its residents. The Reeftown Rangers need to find her and show her mistakes to her.
- Arthropod Kingdom: Chompy wants to know if any arthropods live in the Prehistoric Sea, so the Reeftown Rangers go on a mission to find some.
- Prehistoric Holiday: It's Coral Day and the Reeftown Rangers want to celebrate with their prehistoric friends. However, finding a way for them to celebrate together proves quite difficult.
- Artist's Disaster: While trying to show off his sand art masterpieces to his prehistoric friends, Dunk's sculptures keep getting ruined by someone. The Reeftown Rangers set out to find out who's causing it.
- Girls Night Out: While having a girls night with her prehistoric friends, Bubbles feels like she needs to change her tomboyish ways to better fit in. Ripple and the others show her that she's fine as is.
- Save The Reeftown Rangers: When the Reeftown Rangers become trapped, the prehistoric creatures must band together in order to save them.
