Plot[]

Thrasher and Blastus are two outsider robots that live on the planet Insanus. Insanus is a planet inhabited by murderous robots who seek to kill one another for no apparent reason. Slightly less horrific than their peers, the duo seek to make it through high school at Harry S. Apocalypse High and navigate their lives with varying degrees of success. Thrasher wishes to gain the affections of a potential girlfriend, on the other hand, Blastus just wants to be recognized as popular. Some episodes focus on a point-of-view of the other minor characters with familiar problems and or don't have Blastus or Thrasher appearing at all.

Major characters

Thrasher (voiced by Patton Oswalt) - A tall, lankly robot who is spiritual but not very confrontational and has a crush on the popular female robot Maimy. Thrasher has a baby sister, who is considered very violent and dangerous towards him and others. Though calm and reserved, he often falls prey to Blastus' badly thought-out plans.

Blastus (voiced by John Gemberling) - As with Thrasher, and unlike most robots on Insanus, Blastus is a pretty sensitive and non-homicidal, to which his mother doesn't approve. In his quest to become popular, he is incredibly impulsive and overconfident in his abilities.

Weenus (voiced by Micheal Sinterniklaas) - A nerdy robot that is even lower on the social pyramid than the two main characters, Weenus is a sociopath with Tourette's, whose giant arm is thought to be the most powerful weapon on the planet. He has a notoriously weak and lousy digestive system which often causes him to have tummy troubles and a gurgle attack on every episode, yet he loves cross-dressing and being feminine towards the crowd.

Megawatt (voiced by Michael Sinterniklaas) - A spoiled rich kid at Harry S. Apocalypse High, Megawatt is quite dim and incredibly homicidal, which makes him attractive to female robots, with the exception of Felato, who seems to find his upgrades as pathetic.

Maimy (voiced by Jessie Cantrell) - A popular student at Harry S. Apocalypse High, Maimy is Thrasher's crush, but she is barely even aware of the robot's existence. She has a baby brother with a deeply demonic voice. Maimy has a potbelly and tenderly weak stomach just like Weenus.

Proxy (voiced by Tress MacNeile) - A thin, dorky lesbian robot who is Maimy's skittish twin sister, often easily frightened but fiercely loyal to her friends and family, showing moments of unexpected bravery when they need her most. She converted to homosexuality after her former love interest dumped her and is dating Nova.

Tacklebot (voiced by Roger Craig Smith) - A strong, burly robot who's part of the football team. He is usually being seen bullying the smaller robots by beating them up as a way to make him feel stronger. He will always be randomly attacking Thrasher and Blastus out of nowhere just for the sake of being abusive so that he will feel strong, or so Weenus claims, but when the latter suffers from frequent tummyaches, Tacklebot himself often understands him in this condition.

Steve (voiced by Roger Craig Smith) - A robot that will recurrently make random appearances in episodes of the show. He is a mentally challenged robot with many arms that he uses to destroy things with. He is very narcissistic and loves everything he does. He is however, unaware of how much destruction he causes while doing this. In the end, he always seems to somehow pull through and make things right, no matter how horrible he makes the situation.

Felato (voiced by Beatrice Elizabeth Baron) - A fashionable yet self-reliant catgirl robot known for her popular blog "Kittens In Tight Tanktops", who even thinks of others as lame when they're too much attentive or not as much, yet she feasts on their pain and suffering.

Furso (voiced by Judy Greer) - Felato's considerate and gifted sister, a mongrel (Beagle and Yorkie hybrid) bot with a talent for creativity and a heart of gold, they are an only other friend of Blastus and Thrasher besides Weenus.

Skipperz (voiced by Abigail Gordan) - A timid yet curious rabbit girl from Dumbears and merely a Sunshiner. She is a solar opposite of Weenus, yet shares the same stomach ailment.

Cavyroo (voiced by Lara Jill Miller) - A resilient kangaroo rat robot, Melopix farmer and forager, known for their resourcefulness and adaptability. They are strong, bold and adventurous junior student who'd give twice the amount of advice for extra resources.

Rose (voiced by Emily Whittemore) - A pink, muscular robot with a red hairbow. She is the new student to Harry S. Apocalypse High, being shy and cautious to new things around her.

Rendy (voiced by Micheal Sinterniklaas) - A sweet, autistic non-psycho robot with an emote monitor. He is one of the Sunshiners and loves to paint even robots.

Exploda (voiced by Kate McKinnon) - A sweet, nonviolent muscular robot with Down syndrome. She is one of the Sunshiners who loves art and theatre.

Drexx (voiced by Chris Phillips) - A dinosaur-like robot from Biomasto who is close neighbors with Furso and Felato. He doesn't appear until the first second episode on Season 2.

Hackito (voiced by Bindi Coda in mind) - A spiritual handicapped femboy robot with cerebral palsy who appears later in Season 2 on his journey aboard the guide of light. He is nonverbal, loves using the computer, has tummy issues, can only speak through mind reading and rides a wheelchair built by Insanian physicians.
