Cap'n Turbot is the PAW Patrol's most frequent caller, who serves as an occasional member of the team in the Merpup-themed special episodes. He is a smart marine biologist who frequently speaks in alliterations. His main vehicle is a boat called the Flounder. He is voiced by Ron Pardo.

Robo-Dog is a robotic dog introduced in "Pups Save Ryder's Robot". He serves as the driver for the PAW Patroller and the pilot for the Air Patroller.

Everest is a Siberian husky who serves as a snow rescue dog in emergencies relating to snow or ice. She was introduced in the season two episode "The New Pup". Her vehicle is a snowmobile. She is voiced by Berkley Silverman.

Tracker is a brown-and-white Chihuahua who serves as a jungle rescue pup. His vehicle is a Jeep. He is voiced by David Lopez.

Tuck and Ella are two Golden Retrievers who are siblings and serve as the "Mighty Twins". Their vehicle is a "Mighty Car" that splits into two "Mighty Motorcycles". They are voiced by Roman Pesino and Isabella Leo.

Rex is a Bernese Mountain Dog who serves as an expert in dinosaurs. He is also the first handicapped pup to appear in the show. He is voiced by Hartley Bernier.

Liberty is a dachshund pup who lives in Adventure City, introduced in PAW Patrol: The Movie. Her signature colors are coral-pink and blue and her vehicle is a scooter. She is a temporary leader of the Junior Patrollers. She is voiced by Tymika Tafari.

Al is a fun and wise Basset hound pup who has a great sense of smell. He has a ton of trucker experience and knows all about his truck down to the last lug nut and nothing will stop him from delivering things on time. He is voiced by Nylan Parthipan.

Coral is a Cockapoo pup who is Skye's long lost cousin. She is the first Mer-Pup member of the team. She's a plucky little mer-pup who is outgoing, brave, and clever. She is voiced by Kaia Oz.

Tot is a Pomeranian and a member of the Junior Patrollers. He is voiced by Desmond Sivan.

Nano is a Pomeranian and a member of the Junior Patrollers. He is voiced by Eliot Dahan.

Mini is a Pomeranian member of the Junior Patrollers. He is voiced by Thandie Quiambao.

Roxi is a spunky, rough-and-tumble Samoyed. She is voiced by Mia SwamiNathan.

Charger is a dark gray French Bulldog who is one of Rubble's cousins. He is energetic and funny as he always gets the zoomies whenever he was happy or excited. He is also a kind pup as he always eager to help his family and the residents of Builder Cove. He is voiced by Alessandro Pugiotto.

Motor is a dark and pale gray bulldog who is the youngest of Rubble's cousins. She is energetic and loud and can also be a bit stubborn. She is voiced by Alberta Bolan.

Mayor Goodway is the mayor of Adventure Bay who lives at the City Hall. She is very competitive with Mayor Humdinger of Foggy Bottom, can be very panicky at times, and has a pet chicken named Chickaletta whom she carries in her purse. She is voiced by Deann Degruijter.

Gustavo Goodway is Mayor Goodway's brother and the father of Julia Goodway and Julius Goodway. He is voiced by Ron Pardo.

Julia Goodway is the daughter of Gustavo Goodway. She has a twin brother named Julius and is also the niece of Mayor Goodway. She is voiced by Sage Arrindell.

Julius Goodway is the son of Gustavo Goodway. He has a twin sister named Julia, and is also the nephew of Mayor Goodway. He is voiced by Justice James.

Francois Turbot is Cap'n Turbot's cousin and research partner, who lives with him in the Seal Island lighthouse. He works as a zoologist, artist, and nature photographer. He has a thick French accent and often uses French phrases in place of English words. He is voiced by Peter Cugno.

Mayor Humdinger is the mayor of Foggy Bottom and the main antagonist of PAW Patrol. He is the arch-rival of Mayor Goodway and will do anything to be "on top". But underneath, the mayor can be humble and kind. He is voiced by Ron Pardo.

The Kitten Catastrophe Crew are the villainous feline counterparts of the PAW Patrol. They are owned and led by Mayor Humdinger and will do what they are asked, but sometimes they can be stubborn and disobey or outsmart Mayor Humdinger.

Meow-Meow is the robotic cat equivalent of Robo-Dog, created by Mayor Humdinger. She is voiced by Isabella Leo.

Mr. Porter is a restaurant owner in Adventure Bay as well as the grandfather of Alex Porter. He is voiced by Blair Williams.

Alex Porter is a young boy who lives in Adventure Bay and is Mr. Porter's grandson. He is rather impatient. He is the Leader of the Mini Patrol, a Paw Patrol-inspired group consisting of himself and some pet animals which is seldom successful. He is voiced by Simon Webster.

Katie is a young girl about Ryder's height who works at the Adventure Bay pet parlor. She is loving and caring and also has a pet cat named Cali, whom she is usually seen with. She is voiced by Katherine Forrester.

Jake is a snowboarder from Adventure Bay who operates the snowboarding resort and is the caretaker of Everest. He is voiced by Scott McCord.

Farmer Yumi is a farmer in Adventure Bay. She is the wife of Farmer Al. She cares greatly for her animals such as Bettina, Garbie, and her chickens. She is voiced by Stephany Seki.

Farmer Al is the farmer of Moo Juice Dairy Farm in Adventure Bay. He is the husband of Farmer Yumi. He is voiced by Ron Pardo.

Raimundo is the owner and ringmaster of the circus. He manages the setup and takes down the process of the circus in-between events and occasionally asks the PAW Patrol for assistance in the setup. He is voiced by Juan Chioran.

Carlos is a young boy. He is Ryder's pen pal from the Jungle, and is the caretaker of Tracker. He is voiced by Lucas Miranda.

Space Alien is a toddler alien who has the ability to trap people and animals in floating bubbles and has. He is innocent and excited easily, and tends to get upset when things go wrong. He is voiced by Ron Pardo.

Space Alien's mother is a parent of the little Space Alien. She is caring and is hugely concerned about the welfare of her son.

Danny is a is a 10-year-old boy who prefers to be referred to as "Daring Danny X". He was motivated to become a daredevil by a stunt Ryder performed during a rescue. He is voiced by Jonathan Malen.

Luke Stars is a male pop singer who debuted in "Pups Save the Woof and Roll Show". Luke Stars is shown to be kind and courteous to everyone he meets. He does not mind when his fans get overly excited about seeing him. He is voiced by Lyon Smith.

Ms. Marjorie is an elderly woman that lives in Adventure Bay. She has her pet Raccoon named Maynard and is voiced by Ellen-Ray Hennesy.

Sweetie is a white West Highland terrier who was the pet of the Princess of Barkingburg. She has her chew toy frog minion named Busby. She is voiced by Anya Cooke.

Princess of Barkingburg is a young ten year old girl who is set to eventually become queen of Barkingburg and the owner of Sweetie. She is voiced by Caoimhe Judd.

Earl of Barkingburg is a man who serves as the earl of the kingdom of Barkingburg. He is often seen along with the Princess of Barkingburg and may be likely be the princess' chief advisor. He is voiced by Adrian Truss.

Sid Swashbuckle is a Pirate who is shown to be greedy, and has a large collection of various items in his ship. He is vocied by Charles Vandervaart.

Arrby is a dachshund dog who is Sid Swashbuckle the Pirate's pet dog. He is voiced by Meesha Contreras.

Dierdre is a female film director. She first appeared in "Ultimate Rescue: Pups Save the Movie Monster". She has brown skin, curly, dark brown hair worn in a bun, and brown eyes. She wears glasses, an orange shirt with the movie's logo on it, a yellow undershirt, a purple and cyan visor, denim jeans, blue, purple, and pink trainers, and silver necklace with a red jewel. In all other appearances, she wore a striped less vibrant yellow shirt, and no glasses. She retains her normal hairstyle and necklace. She is voiced by Quancetia Hamilton.

Suzie is a female filmmaker. She first appears in the episode "Ultimate Rescue: Pups Save the Movie Monster". She has fair skin, blue hair in a pixie cut, and brown eyes. She wears a purple scarf, a red shirt with the film's logo on it, denim shorts, grey leggings, and brown boots. She is voiced by Lana Carillo.

Harold Humdinger is a very smart and tech-savvy nephew of Mayor Humdinger who first appeared in "Mighty Pups". He serves as the main antagonist in the Mighty Pups, Super Paws episodes. He is voiced by Chance Hurstfield.

Traveling Travis is a world explorer notorious for going the wrong way and getting lost. He is also the host and cameraman of "The Traveling Travis Show" where he explores the world in his hot-air balloon, usually getting himself humorously lost in the process. He is voiced by Anthony Sardinha.

Ladybird is a villainess who is selfish and obsessed with her appearance. She is a cunning, experienced thief and has an affinity for shiny things, which she uses to look at her own reflection. She is voiced by Bryn McAuley.

Hailey Daily is a news reporter who is enthusiastic about finding news stories, especially from the Mighty Pups. She is a big fan of them and jumped at the opportunity to get a tour of the Lookout. She is voiced by Margarita Valderrama.

The Copycat (otherwise known as Mr. Nibbles) is a cat who gained the abilities to copy people's voices and superpowers from a meteor fragment that got lodged into his teeth. His true identity is Mr. Nibbles who is the pet cat of Hailey Daily. Though Hailey is unaware that Mr. Nibbles and Copycat are the same person. He is voiced by Callum Shoniker.

Cowgirl Beryl is the host of the rootin' tootin' game show. She is voiced by Stephany Seki.

Ron Rapidfire is a race announcer who keeps track of every race going on. He is voiced by Cathal J. Dodd.

The Whoosh is a famous and friendly race car driver as he encourages his fans to take care of their health. He is encouraging and patient, as he coached Marshall to race on his behalf and never lost faith in him despite Marshall having shaky confidence in himself. He is voiced by Joseph Motiki.

The Cheetah is Mayor Humdinger's cousin who is a race car driver and will do anything to win a race. Like her cousin, The Cheetah doesn't like pups, as she was disgusted at the idea of the PAW Patrol pit crew even touching her car. She is voiced by Addison Holley.

Riff Rockenbock is a race car driver who loves rocking out and playing music. She is voiced by Melanie Leishman.

Lionel Lightspeed is a race car driver who is into science and speaks scientifically. He is voiced by Julius Cho.

Willy Widewheels Jr. is a race car driver who loves to race in his father's place. He is voiced by Matthew Gouveia.

Toodles the clown is a resident of Adventure Bay. He rides on a unicycle.

Dr. Tammy Turbot is Cap'n Turbot's sister and Francois Turbot's cousin. She is also the caretaker of Rex. She is voiced by Marisa Mclntyre.

Taylor Turbot is Cap'n Turbot's niece. Like Rex, she is good with dinosaurs. Apparently, Cap'n Turbot's tendency to speak in alliteration runs in the family, as she frequently speaks the same way. She is voiced by Ava Ro.

Wild Cat is a tabby feline cat and the first cat to be a member of the PAW Patrol. He is the leader of the Cat Pack and has a vehicle that is a cheetah-themed motorcycle with retractable claws in its wheels. He is voiced by Tristan Mammintzsch.

Rory is a British Shorthair and member of the Cat Pack. Her uniform is modeled after a white tiger and rides a white tiger-themed car. She is voiced by Tianna Swami Nathan.

Leo is a tabby cat and member of the Cat Pack. He has the strength of a lion and rides a lion-themed jeep. He is voiced by Kingston Crooks.

Shade is tuxedo cat and member of the Cat Pack. Her uniform is modeled after a jaguar and rides a jaguar-themed car. She is voiced by Markeda McKay.

The Ruff-Ruff Pack are a villainous faction of cycle riding dogs. The members besides one that looks a lot like Rubble and one like Everest or Sweetie. Their breeds are currently unknown, although Hubcap appears to be a bulldog, Dwayne appears to be a bloodhound and Gasket appears to be a husky. Hubcap is voiced by Kyle Hodgson, Gasket is voiced by Madison Abbott, and Dwayne is voiced by Levi Dombokah.

Santa Claus is a jolly man filled with joy and happiness. He loves to bring well-behaved children presents on Christmas Day. Even though Santa is always happy, he can get quite worried when there is a threat to Christmas. He is voiced by Marty Moreau.

Mrs. Claus is Santa Claus' wife who makes sweet food and helps to make sure things run on time for Christmas. She is voice by Shoshana Sperling.

Percy is one of Santa's elves. He is voiced by Ephraim Ellis.

Duke of Flappington is a recurring character in PAW Patrol. He is the Duke of his country, Flappington. He shows obsessions with birds and more specifically, eagles, including his pet eagle, Jean-Claude. He is also cousins with the Princess of Barkingburg. He is voiced by Ashton Frank.

Winnie Winnington is a showwoman who is very vain and always determined to win every competition there is. She is voiced by Shoshana Sperling.

The Great Wendini is a magician who performs magic tricks, though they sometimes fail. She is affectionate for her bunny friend Whiskers, who had to be rescued by the Paw Patrol. She is voiced by Quancetia Hamilton.

Helga Humdinger is Mayor Humdinger's mother who's much kinder and does not attempt to cheat or compete. she is voiced by Jayne Eastwood.

Hurricane Harrigan is a surfer and an old friend of Ms. Marjorie. He is voiced by Tempare Hodson.

Claw is a male Doberman who serves as the co-antagonist in the Rescue Knights sub-series alongside the Duke of Flappington. He is voiced by Kit Rakusen.

Cassie is the mother of Eddie and Emmy. She's also Mayor Humdinger's new friend. She is voiced by Julie Sype.

Eddie is the son of Cassie. He has a twin sister named Emmy. He is voiced by Etienne Kellici.

Emmy is the daughter of Cassie. She has a twin brother named Eddie. She is voiced by Beatrice Schneider.

Cora Colors is a painter worker in Adventure Bay. She is voiced by Margarita Valderrama.

Kendra Wilson is a scientist who lives in Adventure City and works in one of the metropolis's university sites. she is normally very energetic and positive, but whenever technology is pushed to the limits, she always advises caution in case of mechanical failure, getting very upset if said advice is ignored. She is voiced by Yara Shahidi.

Moby is a bad Portuguese Water mer pup who does not like the mer pups when they sing and celebrate, and more likes the company of his squid pal McSquidly and basically being alone, mainly because the Mer-Pups never obey him when he tells them to do something. He hopes one day to be a normal pup again. He is voiced by Ian Ho.

Codi Gizmody is a high-tech kid inventor who wants to turn Adventure Bay into her dream city. She is voiced by Anna Claire Bartlam.

Elly-Dee is Codi's personal robot companion. She has the ability to talk in several languages, for example: English, French, Spanish, Russian and Italian. She is voiced by Stephany Seki.

Mayor Greatway is Mayor Goodway's sister and the Mayor of Builder Cove. She rides a motorcycle and owns a pet duck, Mr. Ducky-Doo. She is voiced by Leslie Adlam.

Speed Meister is a man who runs the rival construction company in Builder Cove who builds fast and sorta good. He is voiced by Cory Doran.

RoboCo Rep is an owner of a business called RoboCo. She is voiced by Gwynne Philips.

Digi is a good neighbor robot that will help anyone in Adventure Bay if they need help with anything. He is voiced by Kyle Dooley.

Tal is a good neighbor robot that will help anyone in Adventure Bay if they need help with anything. He is voiced by Stacey DePass.

Boomer is a Bullmastiff who wants to be the best monster truck pup of them all. He is voiced by Jayd Deroché.

Chickaletta is Mayor Goodway's pet chicken that she carries around in her purse, even getting into mischievous antics. She usually prefers to just do her own thing and generally ignores what's going on, especially if she is too busy sleeping or eating. She is a member of Alex's Mini Patrol.

Cali is Katie's pet cat that stays with her at Katie's Pet Parlor. She is also a member of Alex's Mini Patrol and is voiced by Julie Lemieux.

Little Hootie is a young baby owl who lives with his mother in the woods and the member of Alex's Mini Patrol.

Pookie is a young rabbit who was a member of Alex's Mini Patrol.

Star is a baby freshwater turtle with a star on her turtle shell who is very playful and likes to swim. She is a member of Alex's Mini Patrol and was voice by

Squeak is a little mouse who becomes the sixth member of Alex's Mini Patrol. He is voices by various mouse sound effects.

The bunnies are groups of bunnies living in the vicinity of Adventure Bay. They seen throughout the series may or may not be all of the same family.

Mama mer-pup is a mer-pup who lives in Puplantus with her baby. She shows a more braver side, as such, she is willing to help her friends and keep her home safe and in order.

Baby Mer-pup is a young little mer-pup that lives in Puplantis deep under the waters of Adventure Bay with her mother. She is shy, playful, and helpful when others are in danger.

Kelp is a young mer-pup who lives in Puplantis. He is voiced by Bryn McAuley.

Maynard is Ms. Marjorie's pet raccoon.

Giant sea slug is a sea-dwelling invertebrate who appears to have a playful personality.

Chompy is a beaver that lives by Farmer Yumi's Farm.

Busby is a robotic toy frog who serves as Sweetie's chew toy and minion.

Henry and Elizabeth are the kittens owned by the Earl of Barkingburg and Princess of Barkingburg. They are also known as the Royal Kittens of Barkingburg. They both voiced by Julie Lemieux.

Mandy is a monkey who can easily get into trouble. She is voiced by various monkey sound effects.

The seagulls are a group of birds often found around Adventure Bay. They have white feathers, grey eyes, and grey wings with a yellow beak.

Oscar is a ostrich that lives with the Wingnuts and first came to Adventure Bay brought by Cap'n Turbot. He is voiced by various ostrich sound effects.

Olivia is a ostrich who is Oscar's mate and was voiced by various ostrich sound effects.

Bayberry is a skunk who's friends with Everest. She is curious and fierce when she's protecting herself but is also very sweet.

Joey is a baby freshwater turtle who is very playful and likes to swim.

Benny is a young brachiosaurus who lives in the Dino Wilds.

Tyrannosaurus Rex is an orange colored Tyrannosaurus Rex with a cream-colored belly and dark brown eyes. She has teal colored stripes on her back.

Fuzzy is a little gosling that Marshall befriended.

The mice are minor characters in the series. They are mostly gray/brown/grayish-purple in color and have large buck teeth. They all have brown eyes.

Mayor Goodwhiskers is a hamster who serves as the class pet of the Adventure Bay School.

Eeli is a male electric eel who does not take orders from anyone, and will quickly assert himself as the leader. He has a very short temper, and resorts to violence very quickly. He is voices by Kristofer Hivju.

Allen Cohen is the owner of the film company Adventure Bay Studios. He is voiced by Blair Williams.

Sarah Wilson is Allen's assistant and companion who makes sure everything runs smoothly. She is voiced by Katherine Forrester.

Nelson is a 10 year old boy from Barkingburg who wants to marry the Princess of Barkingburg and become her king. He is voiced by Kit Rakusen.

Millie is a 10 year old girl from Barkingburg who is one of Nelson's friends. She is voiced by Anya Cooke.

Gil is an energetic male guppy and a turbo charged boy and a second-in-command of Stylee. He is voiced by Brody Bett.

Goby is a creative male guppy with a vivid, offbeat imagination and a member of Stylee's pod. He is voiced by Josiah Gaffney.

Deema is a female guppy with a personality as big as her hair and is a member of Stylee's pod. She's energetic, funny, and loves to be the center of attention. She is voiced by Zoe Glick.

Oona is a polite and sincere girl who's emphatic and willing to listen at all times. Her best friend is Nonny, and they frequently play together. She is a member of Stylee's pod and is voiced by Mia Lynn Bangunan.

Nonny is a brainy, cautious, and overly calm male guppy and a member of Stylee's pod. He's more likely to comment on the action than get swept up in it, and he often uses an advanced vocabulary for his age. He is voiced by AJ Kane.

Zooli is a spunky and smart character, animal expert and a member of Stylee's pod. She is voiced by Leah Janvier.

Bubble Puppy is a playful, boisterous, young little puppy with a fish tail who is a member of the mer-pup group. He is voiced by Frank Walker.

Witch is a mean spirited mer-witch who is the meanest witch in the whole world. She is most likely to be power hungry, cruel, pompous, manipulative, charismatic, and insane, as being the main antagonist of Season 2 and 3. In Season 4, she is defeated as her spirit is destroyed. She is voiced by Leslie Adlam.

Ed is the strong, airheaded, dimwitted, and considerate of the ghost trio who has very short hair. His skin is yellow, unlike the other characters, and he is known to laugh a lot and is happy most of the time. As of Season 6, he returns to his old body and lives as a regular human being. He is voiced by Matt Hill.

Edd is the smartest of the ghost trio and the most polite, mature, curious, and somewhat ironic. He is referred to as Double-D and often speaks using complex words and struggles to speak normally in high anxiety situations. As of Season 6, he returns to his old body and lives as a regular human being. He is voiced by Samuel Vincent.

Eddy is the self-appointed leader of the ghost trio. He is arrogant, self-centered, ignorant, loudmouthed, immature, greedy, and hot-tempered. He loves money, jawbreakers, and Chunky Puffs. Eddy ordinarily comes up with the plans for scamming people, but they usually fail, much to his frustration. As of Season 6, he returns to his old body and lives as a regular human being. He is voiced by Tony Sampson.

Crusher is a male hyena from Africa who is caring, kind, nice, lovely, and truthful. However, he also holds a rather mischievous side to himself, which results him getting into trouble. He can also sometimes be whiny, Clumsy and quite nervous at some points. He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.

Pickle is a male hyena from Africa who is shown to be innocent, ditzy and carefree, unlike Crusher. He’s really polite unlike him, and is constantly watching over him and trying to get him to listen. He has a whole family of hyenas back in Africa. He is voiced by Nat Foxen.

Bendy is a cartoon character created as Joey Drew Studios' mascot in the very late 1920s. He is a cartoon imp-like demon character with his appearance entirely colored in black apart from his face, which is white in color. He is also the son of the Ink Demon, who had thrown him up in the cycle, and has decided to stay in the real world.

He has a great love for food and has a mostly simple-minded, lackadaisical attitude and therefore does not seem to care much for those around him. He was sent to the real world by the Ink Demon as a friend to keep Bendy company.

Alice Angel is an angel with horns cartoon character created by Joey Drew Studios and is friends with Bendy and Boris. She is there to stop Bendy's schemes whenever the little devil is up to something, acting as the more sensible side of the two. She is generally upbeat and enjoys spending time with Bendy. She was a twisted version of herself until the PAW Patrol fix her and brought her into the real world. She is voiced by Lauren Synger.

Charley is a human-chimpanzee cartoon character from the Bendy cartoons by Joey Drew Studios and the leader of the Butcher Gang. He is devious, impatient, and hot-tempered. He is morally ambiguous as well as unscrupulous when carrying out his schemes. He is voiced by Doug Laurence.

Barley is a human cartoon character and a member of the Butcher Gang from the Bendy cartoons created by Joey Drew Studios. He usually has a grumpy attitude and can get easily aggressive, even towards his fellow Gang members. He is a cross with a pirate and a sailor with a white beard, wearing an eye patch for his right eye, a hat and a belt with a square buckle, and holding a corn-cob pipe with his mouth. He is voiced by Chris Phillips.

Edgar is a spider cartoon character and a member of the Butcher Gang from the Bendy cartoons created by Joey Drew Studios. Unlike actual arachnids, he sports only six legs instead of eight. The Ink Demon is a demon-like entity of the Cycle who is the biggest threat to the residents of the ink world, constantly pursuing and attempting to kill anyone unlucky enough to be in his proximity. He is the father of Bendy and is caring for him. He is voiced by Sean Crisden.

Captain Thomas is a 10 year old boy with blue hair who is the captain of his misfit pirate crew and is the master of the seas. He tends to be confident and lucky at times and is willing to help those who care for other people and not land. He is voiced by Joseph May.

Nia is a 10 year old girl who is from Africa and is Captain Thomas' first mate. She is voiced by Yvonne Grundy.

Calvin is a 10 year old boy who is from Russia and is one of Captain Thomas' crew members. He is voiced by Matt Vogel.

Eddy is a 10 year old boy who is a member of Captain Thomas' crew. He is voiced by Tony Sampson.

Wilfred is a 10 year old dimwitted boy who is a strong member of Captain Thomas' crew. He is voiced by Matt Hill.

Bunga is a blue honey badger who is a member of Captain Thomas' crew. He is a fearless and a brave young honey badger with a strong sense of adventure. He often doesn't consider his own personal safety. He is voiced by Joshua Rush.
