An Easter Egg hunt turns to catastrophe when a major prize is at stake for the winner.
Episode Summary[]
It's Easter, and Olivia is spending the day with her family. After a nice lunch of ham and mashed potatoes, everyone tunes in to the TV, where they are announcing something big for this Easter. News anchor Jenny reports that there is a huge Easter egg hunt happening in town, and the prize is a giant golden-wrapped chocolate egg. Olivia and her family really want that prize, so they all hop in the car and drive into town for the egg hunt. To Olivia's surprise, a lot of her friends and their families have come to participate as well. She spots Sunshine with her family, and Olivia politely tells Sunshine that she will find the egg first. Sunshine says she's on.
The hunt goes on! Olivia and her family quickly find as many eggs as they can. Her mom discovers an abundance of eggs behind a dumpster. But Aubrey comes through and snatches them all. Olivia and Brooke are running for the same egg, but collide with each other. Ryan swings from a tree branch to swoop down and collect a couple eggs. At McDonald's, Jake finds some in a grease trap. He doesn't even know how that got there. But that's when a grease monster comes out and attacks Jake. Brennan can't believe he managed to emerge a little grease monster from that. He quickly takes the egg Jake left behind.
There is only half an hour left in the hunt, things are starting to get a little intense. Dani and Brooke are handing off some eggs to their mom and sister, but Brennan and his family come in and snatch them away. Dani thinks that's unfair. Dani and Brooke's sister, Nikki, chases after Brennan. Hannah and Megan are gaining up on Troy, who has quite the collection of eggs. Jarrett and Alex are actually punching each other, hoping to get one another's eggs. Just then, a blue blur speeds by and steals all the eggs. Sonic now has the upper hand, with everyone's eggs. Olivia wonders what just happened. Sonic knows this is out of character for him, but he really loves chocolate eggs.
That's when a trap is set for Sonic, he falls into a pit of water. Since Sonic can't swim, he drops all of his eggs. Olivia snatches them all, and then the hunt is over. Olivia and her family cheer as they approach their giant chocolate egg. But that's when Olivia has an epiphany. She decides that she's gonna share the giant egg with everyone. Saben wonders why. Olivia says that everyone put up a hard fight for the prize, and she would feel bad that nobody else would get to enjoy this egg, so she is going to share. Everyone cheers. It turned out to be a pretty fun Easter for everyone. Everyone that is, except Sonic, who is still struggling to get out of the water trap. Shadow approaches, and wonders if he even needs to ask.
