"Trigon Doesn't Exist Any Longer"

Since Trigon was destroyed at the end of Season 4 some strange things have been happening in Jump City, with portals opening up in places, to cloaked figure flying around the area. Nobody knows who they are, but Raven might. They are the Azarathians, who have been brought to life after Trigon was destroyed. Can Raven keep the worlds in balance, or will she have to leave the Titans forever to restore peace.
